One of the country’s largest healthcare providers was faced with the regulatory challenge of providing full access to the Individual Health Records (IHR) by 1/1/2021 for members and third parties.

EIT established a scrum team made up of 3 senior EIT resources and 5 Catalysts using Agile principles and Design Thinking to design and build a new mobile app.

The team created a fully functional app within 20 weeks, providing the ability to access, enhance, and safely share their health records with designated care providers and family members.
The mobile app visualizes the health record information for both Android and iOS users through 58 screens and 20,724 lines of code.
